Deodorant
Lets be honest, deodorant isn't exciting to talk about and no one really thinks about giving it as a gift but Im hoping after reading the Tidbit below, you'll change your mind. Its not just about smelling good, its about feeling good too, and with this all natural deodorant you can accomplish both. Ditch the chemicals and make your armpits healthy and happy!!
YES...Natural Deodorant will take some getting used to..here's what you need to know....

1) First things first. You'll sweat...and sweat is NOT your enemy. Sweating is a healthy, natural and necessary function to detox and keep your body balanced. You may even be a bit more sweaty when you first make the switch as your body rids itself of toxins from conventional deodorants – but our natural alternative has a cumulative effect and the longer you use it, the better it works.

2) Less Is More-1-2 light swipes is all you need with natural deodorant. The non-toxic formula is incredibly concentrated, made with only a few pure ingredients and without any cheap fillers.

3) Natural Ingredients Work...But Work Differently-Instead of using aluminum to prevent perspiration by blocking sweat glands (which is also closely linked to Alzheimer's and heavy metal toxicity), arrowroot powder is used to absorb moisture, allowing the skin to breath and detoxify the body.

4) Parabens-Think of these as preservatives in prepackaged lunch meat and canned food. Parabens are used to create a longer shelf life and are absorbed by the skin and can often mimic the effects of estrogen in the body affecting your endocrine system, and found in breast cancer tissue. Because there are no preservatives, it's best to use your deodorant within 6 months to maintain freshness + efficacy.

Most Store Bought Deodorant contains....
Aluminum
Where does the aluminum go??? Studies from the National Center for Biotechnology Information suggests that frequent use of antiperspirants can cause aluminum to accumulate in your body tissue
causing kidney problems, bone diseases or dementia. If you look on the back of any antiperspirant in the US it should contain a warning from the FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) for people with kidney disease.
Triclosan
This is used as an antibacterial ingredient, some studies show that it disrupts the hormonal pattern in animals. The FDA states that Triclosan is a pesticide and has been banned in many consumer skin care products.
Silica
Another artificial ingredient used to absorb perspiration often causing skin irritation. Silica is typically contaminated with crystalline quartz, which is a carcinogen and promotes carcinogenesis which leads to the formation of cancer.
Propylene Glycol
Believe it or not, Propylene Glycol is a synthetic compound which is also used to de-ice aircrafts in cold conditions.
